Who Operates the Site and Acceptance of the Terms

journapulsera operates this website from Singapore. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under Singapore law between you and journapulsera.

Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter contracts in Singapore. The site provides corporate programming services and related resources. You may use the services only for lawful business purposes consistent with these terms. Personal or consumer use is not permitted.

Prohibited Conduct

Accounts, Submissions and User Content

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Any content you submit remains your property but you grant journapulsera a licence to use it for service delivery and improvement. You must ensure submissions do not violate third-party rights.

Ownership of Site Content, Trademarks and Permitted Limited Use

All text, code samples, designs and trademarks on the site belong to journapulsera or its licensors. You may view and download materials for internal corporate use only. Any other reproduction or distribution requires prior written consent.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination

Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by Singapore law journapulsera excludes implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to non-excludable rights journapulsera total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded where lawful.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify journapulsera against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services, including reasonable legal costs incurred in Singapore.

Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore. You may also pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where applicable.

Severability, Waiver, Changes, Contact Route and Last-Updated Date

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. journapulsera may update these terms and will post the new version with a revised date.
